Our house smells deliciously of blackberry pie.
Outside it is dark, hot but cloudy. Every once in a while i caught a flash out the window.....then at some point i looked up, at exactly the right moment.
LIGHTNING. It was huge yet i didn't hear any thunder.
The other smells going on in the house are cooking spaghetti and Leslie sweat. I am cooking and it is very warm. But i am happy. I don't cook often enough anymore, apparently....
We are having a garage sale in a couple of weeks, Saturday August 6th. If you live in Corvallis or nearby, feel free to drop by......email me if you want the address. It will probably be ungodly hot that day, but just in case i will make a pitcher of lemonade or something. Lemonade and garage sales is so nostalgic. I think we had a garage sale every other year when i grew up, just about.
Greg and i have a new place to move in to. Hopefully we can start moving soonish. Why? Because i want a pet kitty. In order to do that Greg and i have to figure out is the place is big enough to keep an indoor cat (its on a really busy street, busy as far as Corvallis goes anyway). It seems like it will be big enough, but we haven't moved our desks or the bed....that will be what decides it i guess.
Not much to say. Happy right now. If i am boring you, i had some silly pictures in yesterdays journal entry, and you can go look at that!

I feel like roadkill, just like gum on the ground...or like anything else yucky you can think of. Its sso lame...and it especially sucks that its going to ruin my whole weekend. WTF?! Blah...no use in complaining..
I should get your phone number one of these days....so I can surprise you with a hello call when I actually remember the time zone difference.
The shitty part of my living situation is that there aren't really any roommate issues because my friend is almost never over here, it's all pretty much related to where I'm living. My neighborhood is a bit...uh, unsafe.
