Sorry if i have been really shitty at replying to journals and comments in the past few days. I have been really stressed out cleaning the house. Like a chicken running around with my head cut off.... Most everything needs to be clean by tonight (in time for the party) and then everything needs to be put away by Monday for the inspection by the landlord. At this point i don't think i have enough boxes or rubbermaid containers to hold all the fabric and yarn i have collected for sewing and knitting projects. I'm slowly gettin there, but i have been really disorganised in the past so i'm not sure where to put all the extra stuff i have aquired. Damn me and my packrattery.

I'm going to attempt to make vegan stroganoff tonight for the potluck from Jo Kaucher's "the Chicago Diner Cookbook" Yummmmm. I miss beef stroganoff though i don't miss the beef, so hopefully this is convincingly "stroganoffy".

Wheeee..... minus seven hours til the party.....can we say HUSSLE? Ooof.
