Sorry not much to report lately.
Other than gr3g it doesn't feel like my life is really worth that much right now.
I want to sell half of my stuff by the end of october, out on my porch. But i have made no progress yet. I don't know how to do things to get them done. Cleaning/sorting is utter hell for me. Takes me...

Just got back from Portland semi-late last night. It was pretty fun, if not lazy. We had no money so we hardly left my friends house, but that was ok. You know i feel so comfortable in Portland. It is so safe-feeling even if it isn't quite all the time. Ramble ramble....anyhoo, it was a nice visit. Hopefully the little money i did spend on...

Hey It's actually gr3g here. Put some really horrible pictures up. The camera is a crap-tacular Minolta Dimage X20 so all of the pictures are quite shitty. mad

But Here They Are. Now stop bugging me Slie. wink

I really love Greg. walking home last night we didn't have anything particualrly important to say, but we still have really great conversations nonetheless. We were talking about how it is weird the dichotomy that exists between punk lyrics and punk music.....the supposed rejection of conformity and innovation. So what is more punk, songs with really "punk" lyrics that bring up questions about the establishment...

Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab sells like a million scents. The one I'm speaking of, Jack, literally smells like Pumpkin pie with ice cream on it, on me anyway.
Plus they are all about the free samples. And since a little goes a long way on this stuff, they last forever!!!

Mmmm...I just put on Kabuki, cherry and star anise. It smells sort of like cherry incense, but sweeter. Like cherry pipe tobacco maybe. It smells all hippie-like. Mmmm...definately a randy scent.
And I saw a show about the whole scent attraction thing. Its fascinating. I'm definately more on the male side of things too because I can't STAND cuccumber but i love warm, spicey, foody smells. All my scents are spicy and food-like. I have onyl found a very very small number of floral scents i can tolerate. But why do girls where flowers if men are attracted to baked goods?
I love the science behind scent. Long before I met my man I was going to go to FIT to study fragrance marketing, which has a lot to do with learning how to actually make perfumes. I didn't want to move to NY so I didn't go, but I am still very interested in smell.

Oooh...your going to Portland...I'm so jealous!!!

I need to improve my attitute about work. But increasingly i just don't care very much. Why am i such a slacker? I keep being late, or lazy......grrr. I am pissing me off today and the past couple of days.

My work attitude also tends to suck the proverbial turnip. But then again, I need to find a job that I actually give a shit about in the first place. Catch-22 I guess....

The CD player on my stereo has been prgressively dying over a period of a half a year or so. It started off with just rejecting older discs, moved on to only recognizing the newest discs, and now the motor isn't turning fast enough for it ot play any of my CDs. It has been several weeks now since i have listened to any of...

We listened to a lot of Iron Maiden thanks to my man's brother! And before we left we watched the DVD of all the videos. I forgot how catchy wasted years was!!! smile

Gosh...what didn't I buy!!! I got a really cool bag, from a designer I've wanted to buy from forever. I bought a whole crap load of LUSH soaps from the new store. I had to get my Moonstruck chocolate fix and I was so ecstatic the Halloween set was out. More soap from a vendor at the Saturday Market. I unfortunately only got to one yarn store, but I got the coolest looking bright orange yarn with streaks of recycled silk through it. I couldn't find the other stores. frown
Oh...and some embroidery patterns, a vegan cuff bracelet, and two weird fish windsocks for my parents. Oh...and lip balm. Oh...and smelly stuff from Escentials.

They have so many cool shops, they're all small and sell local stuff, I was in absolute heaven!!!

I'm going to post the pictures soon. We shot well over 200, since we were rockin the digital camera. I need to sort and make sure I don't look gross! wink

Mt St Helen's is really cool. You can take all these crazy trails very close to the peak. It was the most open place I've ever seen, your literally surrounded by a steep drop and air, and a perfect view of the mountain. And there's elk there, just walking around. It was very cool, I highly recommend it, unless your afraid of heights, then it may not be so cool! smile

I have been sucked into Sims 2. I don't know why i am such a sucker. There is no point to this game, but i am inexorably addicted....alas. So I haven't been reading peoples journals or posting on here everyday. Blah! Just catching up now.

I am really trying to get Gr3g to upload the photos we have of the SD Comic con, and of...

I am so lazy but i always feel like there is too much on the table. Backed out of a couple of things today...a community art project that didn't feel interesting to me, and from hanging out with an aquaintance. I could have found the time but i feel kind of panicky and weird lately. So i decided i should stay home and cook a...

I do like Neil Gaimen....I haven't read american gods yet though...I have it, I'm just in the middle of Tad William's Flower War book...which is rather long but I should be done with it the next time I get a chance to read (those are few and far between these days what with stabbing holes in people (I'm a piercer) and working on the house...and losing my wallet... frown oh well.........)

Good morning. I need to get off this whole waking up early shit.

So much to do today and so little time:
Do laundry at parents or laundromat.
Handwash all the sweaters and hats that i will be needing soon.
Dye hair (maybe).
Clean house a bit, dishes.
Watch movie with my brother.
Buy food (either at grocery or eat at a restaraunt).
Goodwill/Vina Moses....

Okay. I am not anywhere near tech savvy. In fact make gr3g ashamed of me. But i am going INSANE right now since i was just playing Knights of the Old Republic and the power went out for like two seconds and for some reason the TV won't talk to the XBox anymore! Why can't you guys just get along? I don't know if it...

Feeling much better today! Whee biggrin

I asked Gr3g if he ever planned on writing journals in here, and he said no. He comments on Plastic a lot, so i guess he doesn't want to spread himself too thin. So i guess this journal is pretty much MINE, ALL MINE!!! biggrin Yes, my pretties.

Greg's friends from Germany have been traveling around the united states this month....
