Feels like forever since I updated last.
The weather has been crazy (in a good way.) So many other places where we have friends are getting extreme conditions: cyclones, blizzards, flooding, etc. but we're having some really beautiful days.
I'm going through my RV phase again. I feel like selling everything up, buying a small motor home, and just going where the road takes us. Responsibility dictates that I won't do that just yet
Work has been busy although I find myself procrastinating way too much. I get so overwhelmed by my work levels and stress that I find it almost impossible to do anything some days. I need to find more time for both me, and my family.
I've observed of late that I'm seeing a disproportionately large ratio of stunningly beautiful women hailing from Ohio. Not just here, but everywhere I seem to go. This presents a good case toward moving to Ohio and realising my life's dream of self-sufficiency, goat herd, small eco footprint, and harem. My wife often asks when the sister wives will be arriving so she can reduce the housework resulting from having two small boys. LOL. I love her
Oh, and she's quite serious. I'm not sure how that dynamic would work, but it's nice to think about some times.
We've been looking at ways to reduce outgoing expenditure lately and that's resulted in a lot of home made baked goods FTW. This goes very well, unintentionally, with me wanting to have a reduced eco-footprint. I've noticed a considerable difference in the amount of trash we develop. Oddly enough, our home made foods have a better shelf-life, and thus less wastage, than their store bought, preservative filled, counterparts. Who'd have thought? Win/Win motherfuckers.
Let's see, what else? I just had eggs and vine ripened tomatoes for lunch. It was awesome. I really have a craving for whisky right now. I don't know what the relationship is with the eggs, but it hit me as soon as I finished. There's no ice in the freezer, and I don't have the kind of balls needed to drink it neat; it's on the rocks, or nothing, so that craving won't be going away any time soon. *shakes fist*
