New Orleans was absolutely magical when I went. Made it down there during the Jazzfest, so there was music everywhere (though I've been told it's always like that) I spent hours in the French Quarter, drinking community coffee (YUM!) walking from bar to bar, checking out all the cool little shops (found this book store where I got Virgil's complete works, in latin, and the books were published in the 1800s. Wonderful find)

I saw a study that said trying to catch up on the sleep lost during the week on weekends doesn't actually help at all. I hope the rain stops so you can get back onto your usual schedule.
