So I found a place! I love it- except for the fact that I will have to downsize a bit. I was looking for a 2 BR but for the moment a 1 BR is the most feasible option. In OC, the 2 BRs are way more expensive than those in my current neighborhood.

So I put a hold deposit down. What I like about the community is that my lease is transferrable- whether I am going to a different unit in the same property, or a different property all together. That is something I'd have loved to have in my current place.

So, that is one headache down.

The other headache, my brother is still here. I am sad that I want him gone, but I am accustomed to being alone in my place. Plus, he is a smoker and I am not so the smell is killing me. I am just praying that an opportunity he's been waiting on pans out soon- as in tomorrow. I hate that I can't even sit in my living room without feeling uncomfortable because that us where he's sleeping.

Oh well.
