So, I'm gonna be a Texan at some point next year. I have decided that I need a change. I am getting sick of CA. I need to find some peace. While I am there, I am going to go back to school and get my teaching credential. I am sick of working not making a difference in the world. Seriously, even if I only touch one student in my whole career, that would be way better than what I do for a living now, which is sell flavored water and work for a company whose sole reason for existence is to ensure that people remain addicted to their products.
At the moment, I am chatting on the phone with someone whom I haven't spoken to in a long while. I am nostalgic of course and am glad that he reached out when he needed a friendly ear.
