sounds like a helluva time. myself, i drank very little on new years. i went to a party co-hosted by someone i've been dating. i knew all of two people there who both got ridiculously drunk and i wound up taking them home with me. they were courteous drunks though, and kept the puking to the toilet and the trash can, which i greatly appreciated!

Much as I hate to admit it was really good, a heart breaking work of staggering genious is the most pompously good book I've read lately, or you could go for a classic like high fidelity or the rules of attraction.
