she accepts the fact it's no longer night
she rises and reaches for your hand
and finds you already out of bed
so she wanders through the room
hearing the shower's inviting tune
and joining wet flesh under pulsating jets
the sounds of clinking metal having met
now dripping wet and satisfied
both beings feeling so alive
yet exausted in the post coital time
i think we should go back to bed until 9
