Hellooo there.

I hope everyone's weekend was what they had hoped for. Mine was filled with some laziness and running around.

If you hadn't noticed...today is my first set anniversary!!!! Fuck yeah! Show my old set some sweet lovin!

I fear the next couple of weeks are going to be crazy. Work will be nuts, I start classes again in the fall, yada yada. I need a break. I will get the much needed break mid September when my boy and I take a couple days off to go to the coast for our 2 year anniversary. He's put up with me for 2 fuckin years and that, my friend, makes him a brave soul. :p

Lately I've been reading this book about connecting with your spirit guide and it's been a really interesting read. I don't have a religion, nor will I ever. I'm cool with being neutral. But, this book is really enticing. I do believe in the afterlife and that there is life after death. I think that spirits float all around everyone all the time. They are there to help you and guide you. I think it's kinda exciting that even long after you die, your soul keeps on living, growing, and learning. Therefore, you're journey is never really over. Call me crazy, but you gotta know that there is some crazy shit (hauntings) that you just can't rationally explain sometimes.

*gets off soapbox*

I've been tallying everyone's favorite shots from my newest set Throwing Star and I think I've narrowed it down from 48 different pictures to 8 with the most votes. I haven't decided if I want to just keep those 8 and add them to my collection of prints, or try and get it down to 5. What do you think?

I hope everyone had a great (or at least decent) Monday. If you are awake, at 12:30 tonight Mars will be in alignment with the moon, so when you looks outside, it will look like we have two moons. Pretty fuckin badass considering it only happens every 800 years. I'm definitely checkin it out!
