Things I love to do and maybe you have no idea part I: cooking 🍳
Cooking brings me a lot of tranquility, it's like therapy, I've even read some things about it, nothing too deep, but it's really interesting, the inner peace I feel is really real, that at least I can guarantee.
I learned how to cook when I decided to be a vegetarian, I was living with my parents and I was in my first job and then I decided to become a vegetarian and cook my own food. Currently (unfortunately) I'm not a vegetarian anymore because there's a damn thing called sushi that I just can't resist! 😫
Anyway, I learned how to cook with the help of the internet researching recipes and watching videos 😹 it's funny to remember because many things went wrong or were horrible until I got the hang of it. Nowadays, modesty aside, I think I cook well, I usually get a lot of compliments and I believe in them I hope it's true lol
one of the dishes I like to cooking (and eat) the most is yakisoba 🍜
I prefer the Chinese yakisoba with a lot of ginger, of course mine doesn't compare to the original but it's also very good
here is my cauliflower au gratin with white sauce and cheese 🤤
I looooove pizza so hard! I made this pepperoni pizza and it was great. I'd add more onions, but that's gone and I was too lazy to go buy more lol here in Brazil some people like onions in pepperoni pizza (I'm one of them) but I think this must be seen as something very strange in other places out there
