Yeah, tonight was pretty fucking cool. My friend Stephanie came up or down, or whatever from Texas. We sat in the bar for awhile and played catch up after I got off work at midnight. Tomorrow night, her, I and some friends are going to a Goth club in Philly. I hate Goth but I dig dancing to old school eighties darkwave and that is pretty much the only place your gonna find it. It was good time tonight but she seemed a bit fucking down. I didn't want to call her own it just in case. We all have some level of fucking contentment that we just learn to deal with. Maybe that is all she was radiating, a bit of cold comfort. Its an infection, that feeling. The older I get the more I see it in the faces of the friends that I know. It eats us alive until it becomes cancer. What do we do about it? Not a fucking thing, what can you do? Take everyday as it fucking comes and try to make the most of it. With fucked up age comes fucked up responsiblity. Anyway, enough.............L8er.
