I've had several people ask me to make a wishlist.. so I just wanted to let you guys know that I have one know you can access it on my profile. Normally I would think it is ridiculous asking for something from people who barely know me. So, here is why I've decided to make this wishlist.
My dream in life is to become a national geographic photographer. I want to go to third world countries and capture the starvation and terrible living conditions that millions of people have to survive. I want to go there and capture this, and help while I'm there. I want to help lives and change minds.
Next November I am planning a trip to Africa to volenteer in an orphanage and help young mother's learn to properly take care of their children, and themselves. Im super stoked about that.
Because I have to fundraise over 8,000 for my trip, it is extremely hard for me to be able to afford all the equipment I need aswell. Therefore, I have made this wishlist. I find the idea of accepting gifts from strangers a little hard but in this case I look at is as you would be helping me, help others. If I could help one child, help one mother, help one family, help one generation, help one town, one city, one province, one country, I would be the most fufilled person I could be.
AAAANYWAYS, take a look at it if you are interested in helping me out. If not, don't forget there are so many less fortunate out there. Lend a helping hand.
