Hmm, I was supost to call today to confirm my appointment, but no one is in the office nor will be till thursday.. wtf. They are trying to piss me off, i know this. Im glad i happened to call first instead of driving all the fucking way over there just to find out they arent in the office till later in the week. Whatever.

I shaved my wanabe beard i was growing, it just looked stupid, i have brown hair yet my beard is redish. I shall keep my goatee though.

I started working out again, i havent in probably a year, figgured it was time to start again. I use to be able to bench 230, now i can barely do 210, this sucks. I need to start running again, but i smoke like a fucking train so running kicks my ass everytime i attempt it. I tried to quit smoking the other day, i failed. Addictions suck.

I need to find a new profile pic, wish i had a camera. Any ideas?
