How do you get over something that's been bothering you for over 2 years?
...And that doesn't happen anymore.

I think it still effects someone. Whenever someone they love does something to them, realizes they were an asshole for the majority of the relationship, then fixes it.

I do not question a thing about this boy. I love him with all my heart and will forever. That's why I put up with a lot of shit that perhaps I "shouldn't" have.

And still, I think that while everything was happening, all the bad stuff that is, people lost respect for me for putting up with it.

And I still harbor anger. And I don't want to, because people CAN change. And they DO. I've seen it. I've felt it. I've lived it.

It's not his fault anymore, because he did something about it.

Now how do I fix it??

I wish I could give you the answer. I have the same problem with a friend of mine. I love him to death, but he puts me through shit sometimes. I have told myself so many times to just leave him alone but I can't. I know that frinds are there to give you advice, but sometimes doing what you feel is the best thing to do. Yes people can change, and it's a good thing that he has. Just think of the reasons you stayed around, and try not to regret.

I assume you've talked about it? 'cause the catharsis of that usually is a big help for me getting over things....

May do the whol write it down on a slip of paper and throw it in a fire? tongue
