hey girl! Didnt know where u were! I can recommend a visit to Granada (you'll love it) and u should go to Malaga and Tarifa....best places I've been in the south!
Its true that eating out in spain is kinda hard for veggies because spanish restaurants will only offer u a salad and if u dont ask, probably with tuna in it! What I do is check italian, chinese and other restaurants...in the big cities you shouldnt have big problems though, there are usually vegetarian restaurants and u can buy organic food in diethetic shops and in El Corte Ingles they have a whole section of veggie organic and diet food. You should try vegetarian cous-cous and its just a matter of time that u get to know the city and its cool places.
