I planned a backpacking trip for Brian and me at Pictured Rocks in Munising, Mich. from July 8-10. Obviously hes not coming, and I was kind of bummed that I wasnt going to get to go. But I found 3-4 people at a Web site today that are going to take me under their wing and show me the ropes of backpacking at Pictured Rocks! I am really excited.
I did a 3 mile run/walk yesterday and Ive been eating better these past few days. I want to get a little more in shape during this next month so Im not a total slug during this trip. Eeee!

of course i want to, but i'm already going to the July 15 (my birthday!) & 16 shows at the Fillmore in SF, and have tentative plans for that weekend ... i have extras for the Fillmore shows if you want to come out here
