My cat is the bane of my existence. I don't know why the hell I wanted to bring him up here. He pees on everything!! Most notably, the vibrant rug in the kitchen and the green, grass-like rug in the bathroom. Everything smells like ass!

Find yourself a good enzyme based stain and odor remover to deal with the smell most regular stuff doesn't quite do it.
