MOST EXCITING THING OF THE DAY: JARED WILL BE HERE IN 40 MINUTES!
SECOND MOST EXCITING (yet disappointing) THING OF THE DAY: Tonight at work a federal official who has been in the UP preparing for Bush's speech tomorrow gave me a ticket to get in. We've been talking for the past three days and he calls me "smiley." He's really nice. He said he could get me two tickets.
But he could only give me one.
So, I'm not going. I am not about to leave Jared alone in Marquette any longer than he has to be (given that I work all the fucking time.)
Thus, if any of you in the Marquette area would like to see him tomorrow, drop me a line before 11 a.m. on Tuesday.
