The sun is shining. I'm going for a bike ride later if I don't fall asleep. I'm also going to the gym later tonight if I don't fall asleep. I got an hour of sleep last night. I'm listening to good music and writing. I had a low fat blueberry muffin, cantalope, watermelon, honey dew melon, a mango and two strawberries for breakfast.
