I need help...
My ex landlord stole my money...
My tax returnmailed to my old house(damn USPS didn't forword my mail).
i suspect my ex-landlord sign my name and cash my check...
Lucky IRS will give me my money. After i told IRS about someone cashed my check, my ex landlord call.
he told me that his new Tenant though that it was his tax return and cash it..and he is willing to give me back my money.. i gave him a no and told him i 've already report to IRS.
I believe he've got scared. He call me another day and admit he did cash my check, and now he offer me 2000 buck to dispute..and my answer is still no..
i really don't care about the money, but just want to watch him suffer..
I am not sure how seriouse this crime is.but since my landlord is a lawyer, even the smallest crime can fuck up his life..
now i just pull my chair and watch him suffer
