Appetizer - Fried Grass Hopper
I ate the in Thailand when i was small. People from Thailand consider fried grass hopper as snack. You can easily spot street vendor selling fried glass hopper, cockroach and silkworm. The fried grass hopper is alright. The shell and leg are very crunkch and there is not much of odor. I pass the cockroach cause it look too much like those i can find in my house. The silkworm is the shit. It is like eating grape. Once u bite it, all the juice came out from it. I throw out right away and couldn't eat for the whole day...
