I ask you not to become bitter like so many around you, those who have no general regard for they're fellow human, those who only see you as a item there to use and nothing more. I acknowledge that so many of you are around these people who drain you and belittle you like your nothing, and even if these moments aren't often they still do hurt and still does bother you because in these moments of being in this position you at times may question your worth, question why you are to nice, to gentle, to loving when so many people look at these qualities as weaknesses, when these moments hit sadness, anger, frustration flows freely. I ask you to step back and o to that sanctuary in your heart, listen pass the anger, the rage and listen to the fine chords of your heart playing, listen to the beat in the depth of your heart and let it provide you the escape in that moment.

Even if your heart hurts and you want to speak up and defend yourself sometimes that rage and coldness these other feels longs for that struggle and fight, and I ask you to be strong to not break and give into that inhumanity but rather to defend yourself within your heart, let each beat drum away your hurt, your sadness, and weight on your heart and allow yourself to cleanse, it is hard l know for in these very specific moments we want to lash back, and in doing this we belittle our own selves and l want you to be strong and acknowledge your light, because no matter how hot the flames from others hurt may burn and dig at you, that inhumanity will always hunger to break you, and in listening to your on humanity do you ever so strongly deny that break to happen. I say this unto you as I say this to myself, Be strong and acknowledge your light and strength. Because even as the people are blind to see your light and power that doesn't mean there are not those out there that struggle as you and hope as you do, we must always remember what's within because that alone ensures hope to continue to rise
