Nice. I have an appointment to physiotherapist. We are going to find out if there is a way to ease my pain. I am sick of starting my mornings with painkillers just to be able to stretch my back to it's flexible own self. Pfff.
So far nothing has helped. Feelings of extreme frustration when I cant get out of bed nomally but have to crawl my way on the floor to my medicinecabinet. Oh if life was easier. Or even more normal. The bright snow and -10C frost invite me outside to enjoy the clear priste air and refreshing snow which lies allover and in heaps where it is soft enough to jump with a mountainbike and laugh on it....Winter, I truly do love it. With the snow and everything. To go fishing on the ice and cooking that catch on an open fire by the riverbank. The smell of smoke on clothes always reminds me of winter and its enjoyments.
