HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!! I did it! I waited till the last minute but I pulled it off. Today I had a paper due for my Developmental Psych. class. It was due by 5 o'clock and I was only had a page and a half done. It was only a 6 page paper but I only had about two hours to finish it off. For a while I wasn't sure if I was going to make it. It's an online class so it has to be turned in before 5 or I would have gotten dropped a letter grade. I was working on it until 5 minutes before it was due and just barely got it submitted to the professor by 4:57.
I'm sure it wasn't my best paper but I still got it done. If I'm good a one thing, it's making my deadlines. I don't know, I can't seem to motivate myself to get an early start on things. There seems to be something inside of me that craves the pressure of a deadline. Despite all of that, I've managed to turn in decent papers most of the time. I don't think I'll do too great on this one though, I barely had any time to proof read it (read: zero).
Hmmm, what else is new? I've made up my mind and I'm going to be changing my major next fall. Or maybe I'll start taking some classes this summer, though I looked at the courses offered and it's pretty pathetic. I'm exicited though, I'm going to devote myself to something I love and it feels good.
...is there anything more? Um, I'll be getting my new graphics card soon so I can FINALLY play Half-Life 2! Whee!
Mmm.... yes, I almost forgot that I'm going to be hitting the streets to find a new job this weekend. Hopefully I won't come up empty-handed because I really hate my job. The only way I can really sum up the distaste I have for Safeway is to compare it how much Skeletor hates He-Man.
Well off to bed... what dreams may come I do not know. Hopefully it has guns, comic relief, and a clumsy, yet well-meaning foreign buddy cop.
