Monday night I went to have dinner and play cards with some old friends, some of whom I have not talked to in over a year because of something I did that offended someone and my refusing to acknowledge it because I thought it would just blow over. A year later its a good feeling to say I told you so, but since that might make another year of it I thought better and just hung out.
After everyone filtered out I headed to Necto, where I was met by phrougbhoy with a long island and got him some smokes. While drinking and waiting I was molested by sinjun, followed by two of my non SG friends, followed by nalar and liadan, followed by more non SG friends, at which time I got the smokes and moved on.
It felt like old times, alot of people out, alot of fun and dancing, drinking and merriment, low level of drama on my end (though I hear others were not so fortunate) and by the end of the night I was happy I went.
