Yesterday, while talking to Nave I coughed up a skeletal beetle that strongly resembled a scarab. It crawled around and made strange noises, then crept off into the darkness.

Twice today, I had repeat incidents. A plague has come to live in my chest, and it has its minions escaping as quickly as they can breed. If I live through this, I will be amazed.
