So I just want to say that Fischerspooner kicks ass. I saw them/him/whoever the fuck/the stage show here in Austin on Saturday. To me, being cool is able to take the piss out of yourself and make fun of yourself at your own show. Nobody, or at least I hope nobody, believes that Fischerspooner is some super deep or ultra inovative electro/rock hybrid pushing the boundaries of the human experience with electroclash.
I followed that up by cruising to a house party around the UT campus. I generally avoid shit like, and for good reason. I don't know what the max capacity of this persons 2 bedroom house was but it was way over the nerd capacity allowed by law. I started talking about V (yeah the old TV show about the Visitors) and I swear this girl was ready to have my kids. **Sizzle - too hot***
