My shoulder hurts. I am sodden with self pity. Woke up at 8pm after passing out in the middle of the day and was crippled with an aching longing for my Marla Singer/Brody/Sylvia Plath combo girl, but she's back in birmingham and I've never told her how I feel. I'm clever like that.

I pushed my body too hard at the gym, and somethign in my shoulder sort of went "mnnnk" and my arm went spaz-tastic. It's not as bad as last time, when I could actually here something that sounded like wet paper tearing in my other shoulder.

Actually hearing your body breaking will generate a bizzarecocktail of deadly calm and ultimate panic. I will admit to a childish sense of pride at having pushed my body beyond breaking point. I do wish my shoulder didn't hurt though.

Fear my fearsome genius, oh yes.
