Well my not smoking lasted a whole 4 days... I went about it the wrong way... I started smoking more right before I tried to quit. Anyway I switched back to American Spirits... They are additive free and have about 25% more tobacco in them, so I'm smoking less now at least... I went from a little over a pack a day to a half a pack or less.
The Pineapple express is moving through Seattle right now.... Nothing but rain , gray, gray, and more gray. oh and the wind today! At least I wasn't in it all day. I was stuck doing the other not so fun half of my job... Housekeeping..... not such a bad thing but it's in a boarding house for people with dementia.... What a mess. Anyway enough about work.
I need to get going... time to make some dinner. Oh before I go though did anybody see the Seahawks game last night?
