I quit smoking ciggeretts on monday so sorry for the lack of enthusiam.... the first 3 days are the hardest... but the first month is the benchmark. If you can make it a month you've got it. Anyway I don't feel like playing with others tonight so that's it for now.... I'll post again in a few days when I'm not such a crabby ass.... ya detoxing!

i need to stop as well. and people nowadays only celebrate halloween on the weekend before, or next to it. sad, at one point in time is was more revered than the sabbath. but i guess that's what you get with the advancement of western civilization ( or is it a decline?). good luck!!
