I feel so numb.

I've not done anything which you could really label as 'productive' in what feels like a lifetime and therefore, have no motivation. I feel like Im sitting by and the entire world is whirling past at a blurring speed without acknowledging my presence.

The night before I went into hospital last I couldnt sleep. It was about 2am and I was skipping through channels when I began watching Garden State. I had always meant to see it but had never got around to it. I'm glad I finally did. If anyone wants to try and understand how I'm feeling at the moment, just watch it.

I got back into hospital tomorrow.

I havent slept for 3 days.

I cant stop listening to this song




It feels like the soundtrack to my life at the moment.
