Just watchin Saving Private Ryan, which, alot like all Star Wars films, Ive never actually seen all the way through. I know, I know, point and stare in disbelief.

I was just wandering, why exactly is it that us lil ol' English (or any one else for that matter) dont get a single mention?
Granted, its was always our intention to collapse back Dunkirk in a massive hurry and fuck off pronto. Hell, if you're not there, the Germans cant beat ya. But still, surely that doesnt constitute being slightly erased from a major historic turning point?
Still, a good film. The photography of which is quite simular to that of Children Of Men, which my lovely friend Hailey took me to see in the week. Its had a bit of a slagging off, but apart from the end I thought it was quite good.
Anyway here's the soundtrack to my week, in order of lyric reference and general appropriateness...
