For the first time in ages, I finally got round to getting my gun out and firing off a few rounds. No, that last sentence wasnt a metaphor for anything, you seedy little people!
I finally got around to getting some low velocity ammo too, so I can finally make good of my silencer again.
Oh, Ive missed it so much. Those arent the words of a gun crazed scizophrenic in a bell tower, my dad used to deal (yes legally) in firearms so Ive just been around guns my whole life. Hell, by the time I was 6 I could hit a 2 pence at just under 150 yards with a semi-auto .22, something that slightly alarmed my teachers a primary school
Im glad I was brought up that way though, dispite what people mite say or think. I still miss handguns. Its just a shame it take just one prick to ruin things for everyone else. Just out of curiosity, how people here (in the UK) have heard more stories and news reports since they banned hand guns!? Because I know I sure have. So before any of you out there get all self ritious and start slagging me of for owning guns, I suggest you take a look at the world around you and shut your fucking mouth.
Anyway, I had a day of stalking around our woods looking like some kind of extra from Deliverence. or Deer Hunter
But dont worry nothing furry or cute got injured or killed, just cans and targets. Its nice to know im still quite good. Even standing, which was a pleasent supprise.

Addition: MASSIVE hugs to the lovely Arete for being the first person to put me on their top 5 friends. I know its kinda sad that this cheers me up, but it does, so blow me!
