Can someone please explain the morals behind this?
My friend Max's roomate Eli, is a big perfectionist with school, he must always get A's and perfect test scores. And tells everyone around him that they should study harder to get an A, and he's not even nice about it. He keeps yelling at Max, because Max reads for his history class in Calc, and Eli gets pissed off at Max, because he should read at home and pay attention in lecture. But over the weekend, Eli was bragging to Max and I about how he got wasted over the weekend and drove someone home while wasted. On the way back he ran over the median and got his car stuck on the median. Lucky he was able to push it off the median and get home okay without hurting anyone. But why is wrong for Max to not pay attention in class, while it's perfectly fine for Eli to drive drunk. Eli must have some serious mental problems.
