Goodtimes had in class today. First I have a Computers As Componets Lab, in which no one in the whole lab knew what we were doing. We had to write a program in Assembly, but we were never taugh or read about Aseembly. It's like trying to speak a forgien language with about knowing anything about the language. So my partern and I sat there while the TA, basically explain Assembly and what was going on with the computer at the most basic level. Which is zeros and ones all over the place. Yeah!
Then after getting out of there with having no clue what was going on, I go to do CAPA, which is an online Physics homework. You calculate out a problem and then go plug your answer into the computer and you only get 5 tries for each problem. Normally it's not that bad, but I looked at it today (it's due tonight) and had no clue what was going on with it. So I go into the Physics help room and sit down next to a girl. I ask her if she knew how to do number one, and she gives me the final equation that I just have to plug my numbers into. And then she gave me the rest of the equations and explained how she got them. We had 7 CAPA problems and she had a 1 to 1 and half of work for all the problems. And almost all the problems involve double symbol intergals that turn out to be inverse trig functions, or find the max value by doing a symbolic deveriative (sp?) and then setting that to zero and sloving for a variable. It took her 2 days to come up with all of the answers and then she just gave them to me. Thank god to her, or else I would have been screwed big time. I definately kept thanking her as she was giving me the final equations.
I feel dumb today, but I think everyone in Comps As Comps or Physics 2 feels the same. At least the Calc 3 homework was easy.
