Horay for a new piercing. I had it before but had to take it out, like my neck. I also got my neck redone back in november.
I managed to hit a pot hole a few weeks ago, took out my rim. The next night coming home I hit another, taking out my spare.... I bought a new car. If you know that car then you know how much I was in love with it and all the bad luck it seemed to bring. So I sold the GTi friday. Guess what. Its still bringing me bad luck. The guy I sold it too was super anxious to buy it. Gave me 700.00 cash the the rest in a check to be cashed on the 16th. Yea I know, super choice on my part. Anyways he gets the car, I still have the title till the check clears. He calls me Sunday and says he is going to sue me because the car doesnt have rear seat belts. I told him that, also telling him I have the seat belts to give him. I was super honest with selling this car and told him everything that was wrong with it. I figure you will either buy it or you wont. So after talking it over with family I tell him that the car was sold AS IS and there is nothing I can do for him except give him the seat belts. He wants his money back. From what I know you cant do that, you cant buy a car you look though sign a bill of sale then want to return it. He is saying he spoke with his lawyer and she said I am commiting fraud and he will take me to court to get the money back. Blah blah blah. My only offer is to bring him the parts he is worred about and giving them to him. Thats going above and beyond what anyone else would do. Im really super frustrated and need advice on this. Does anyone have any expertise in this area?
To continue my weekend I came home today to a wet cat and a strange hiss in my bathroom. I was out of town all weekend and my water heater sprung a leak. After finding out that iwas suppoed to be at work at 10 not 12 like I thought I had to call my boss and tell him my apt was flooding. I also have discovered that I used my cell phone a ton more then I ever do. over 1000 min in 2 weeks. and with talking to everyone today; lawyer, landlords, employers and parents im waaaay over and had to up my rate plan.
