Survived another three months of hell this year, not as bad as the previous two years, but still horrible. No more tracking my weight from day to day until next year. To wake up Monday morning and weigh 165 lbs, and come home from work Friday weighing 143lbs is disturbing. Yea fall, winter, and spring!

I forgot to add this tidbit by the way, the first day back from 4th of July week long vaca, i sweat off 10 lbs...in one fukin day. one 9 hr day of work.
