Well, the actual turnout for the show last night wasn't what we would have hoped. There were a lot of people at the party itself, but it would seem most were too chickenshit to even come down to our side of the building to check us out. Also kinda pissed that I spent an hour calling my friends to remidn them about the show and not a single one of them shows up, but whatever.
We played most of the set, but ended up cutting it short when finally most of the people who actually were listening bailed on us to go watch the fights that were brewing on the other side, leaving only a small group of devotees to listen.
It was cool though to see a few people actually making out to our songs...I never really considered the possibility of our music even remotely being "music to fuck by" but I guess certain songs would do nicely.
Oh, even if you are drunk, you should know better than to just stand in the way of me while I'm trying to move my car to a position to load up equipment...course, venting my frustrations by peeling out in the building was nice.
I subsequently relinquished control of my keys to my lovely roommate Desireah, since it had become quite obvious I shouldn't be driving in my heavily intoxicated state...of course she did almost take off one of my mirrors trying to get my car out of the building.
What other random shit can I think of....nothing comes to mind other than the battle of the bands happening on April 17th, which most people who actually read this can't attend anyway. Oh well, time to bug my local friends and bitch at them for not coming out last night. I shall guilt trip them into supporting us on the 17th.
