@eccentricrecluse I’m so sorry to hear you are in pain and can’t run as you would like. My run was awesome. With my teeming mind, never at rest or content to just be, I need it. Thank you so much for saying it. Your food looks so yummy btw. It would blow my calorie allotment but one day wouldn’t kill me. 😍🙂

I understand using running to calm the mind. For me, long distance running worked a lot like meditation. I’m determined to get back to running though. Last year I managed to get back to running 3 miles at a time but I pushed too hard, too fast and had a set back. These past few weeks I’ve beeen tackling it smarter, and hope to be able to transition to running again.
