Propagation -- Reflections of each in the other's eyes, often called "making babies" ~ The Norton Anthology of English Literature, seventh edition, volume one.

Movies seen recently:
Monty Python's The Meaning of Life -- Now I know where that one reference came from in Family Guy. yeah that one.

The 40-yr-old Virgin -- Two great things about this movie:
1) The guy talk/banter. Even if...

You left me a comment containing the word "juxtaposition".He, I know what it means, it just makes me giggle to read it. So how was your first day of classes dear? Oh yeah, and the hair pulling, I could've told ya that wink

You summed up your experiences well. I have no want for anything explained.

Hopefully you are coming to the Lithium Picnic at the Razorfist house Saturday.

You walk upstairs in the nude to put peanut oil on your hand but suddenly you realize that one of your parents didn't go to work that day.

Will someone please tell me the evolutionary purpose behind the shy bladder?

Sunday night at the state fair I put down my 12 dollar bucket of cookies on a table in order to buy a t-shirt and...

I never made it to the Fair, or Ren Fest, or anything this year. I know a friend that is going to Ren Fest Monday, but I am choosing to stay home and vegetate. I'm not looking forward to the next couple of weeks or so.

I have not been to the state fair in years. I miss those cookies. And the cheese curds.

"It's here that the American dream decided it liked the taste of the vomit it was choking on."

I just discovered the other night that some of the comics that I have a morbid fascination with were written by Warren Ellis. I think I may have to check out more of his stuff.

I was able to read Babbitt by Sinclair Lewis and now I'm...

sleep overs eh? haven't had many of those. mainly coz i prefer my own domain. afterall, my room is pretty much an entertainment centre.. so why leave it?
however, i did have a lot of pre-teen/early teen sleep overs at my cousins for a month every summer.. shooting hoops, playing pool and arcades all day, sleeping a lot, watching loads of porn, late night movies, and the food.. oh so much food...
yea, good times ARRR!!!

I know I just ranted about vanity, but you ain't never seen anyone limbo until you've seen ME limbo. I'd lay y'all to waste.

All of my peers/friends/whatever smoke. I think this is a sign from God. I think God wants me to be addicted to nicotine and get lung cancer.

As much of a bitch as it was, and even though I never felt...

So on Friday Hannah called me up and invited me to go with her and some other folks to the Flogging Molly concert at the Minnesota Irish Festival. We got there late, but I was able to follow the flow and squeeze my way through sweaty bodies up to the front. I became a faceless number in the phalanx of sweaty, smelly bodies. My shirt...

I love me some flogging molly, such nice folks, i saw them 3 times in less than a year...and i had to drive at least 3 hours each time, but they are always so fun! and if i have to be dedicated to fun, I will.
quiet, confident people are always much more interesting and they always have the ability to surprise.
that whole, "more than friendship but less than serious thing" never ever works, but i hear people are still trying it everyday. wars have been waged from this i think.

I am still wondering what my current views on relationships are...but i am happy that you have yours figured out!
was that proper grammar?
you seem like the type of person that i can ask.

Anything you want... to answer your email. Mix CD, Letter, anything like that is fine! Another artly thing? Well sure, I might like that, but the thing which is bad about that is I'm moving and want to bring little with me.. so it would just stay in a box somewhere for a while.

Thank you for not editing your original comment, while not moronic as you claim, it was a funny thing to read. So what's it like reading every other word in a sentence, or seeing only that which you want to see wink ?

Dag, yo; I ain't got nothing to talk about here.

The other morning I woke up and I felt much older. It was probably just gas.

argh! All of my pants are falling apart! the center cannot hold! I've been needing new pants for awhile, though. blar blar blar.

I no longer regret taking two summer classes because then I wouldn't have been able to...

Thanks for the book suggestion. I'll have to check that out.

I miss uptown too. And dinkytown, stadium village and the west bank. I just found out that my favorite resteraunt closed its doors. I wish I had known, I would have liked to have gone there again one last time.

I think both you and Whitney have nice smiles. You look nice together.

A few broken thoughts and sweet and/or sour nothings:

Stirfry is good, but I can't decide on whether or not I like squid.

My parents bought the 3rd Rock From the Sun DVD. That show was the good. I remember watching the very first episode of that show, before it was all popular. Yeah that's right, I'm one of those pricks who thinks he's superior...

You can never have enough pouches.

I don't think I ever answered this, although maybe you found out elsewhere. The zot is when your account is forced anonymous. So you still have access to much of the site, but, you can't post anywhere or keep a journal.

Is there anything to do in Grand Marais? Well, that depends. There are a lot of things that I like to do that you can do anywhere. And in fact some of those things are a little safer and/or easier to do here than in the cities. Also there is actually quite a few things available at home that I don't have in the cities. We have lots of toys here.

But I will miss decent ethnic resteraunts and music venues. I am sure I will still make it back down to the cities once in a while though.
