bah! There were only about six people in sparring class last night, most of them children, and I didn't even get to fight the only person that would have been a challenge.
As of right now I want to be a social person. As an only child who never had a whole lot of friends, I've spent PLENTY of time by myself and that's something I don't need at the moment. or maybe I do, but y'know, I need some stains on my soul. I need to sin and have fun because it amazes me how little I've done during my four years of college.
One of these days Whitney and I are actually going to do something. It also appears as though Cassie and I will go out and do something sometime. heh. who knows what, though. She's a cooooool person.
There are two people with whom I might find some casual lovin. And I don't know if that's what I really want anyway. But one of these days I'm actually going to visit Zarine in Duluth. garggh! And I think Jessica may be home for the summer now. It would be nice just to see her again at least. I don't think there are any sore spots between us.
I want to be social, but I think that I'm going to have to be the one to initiate any interaction.
Right now I'm reading The Canterbury Tales for my summer class in its original, non-translated middle English. I don't know if I'd say that I find it fun, but I'm not not enjoying it.
I've also been reading Will Eisner's Name of the Game and it took me a bit to get into it but I do likes it!
I think I'll go read some Canterbury now. man I feel boring. I blame it on my mood at the moment.

So here are my thoughts on a few of your journals that I missed.
I think you are right. No one really understands anyone else. Certainly most people don't seem to understand me.
But I greatly value those who try.
I love The Giver. One of my favorite books. In fact I am not sure why I don't have it listed in my profile.
Just saw Batman Begins and was very pleasantly surprised. It was pretty good.
There has never been a time when I got too much sleep.
I don't remember those fellas at all. Should I?
I wish people missed me too. But only some people. Others I really wish would just forget about me.
Ha, I love some of those old covers. And the ridiculous stories that went along with them.
I have friends who never seem to know when I am serious or joking either. In fact that is pretty much the subject of my current journal.
