BUT CHRIST am I glad that I'm done reading that crap.
You can only read so many epic poems within a certain duration of time before you start to slowly go insane.

My last collegiate semester ends next week. huzzah! but I still have a few more weeks of student teaching and reflections to write before I'm finally let loose. shazbot! And instead of being assigned an 11th or 12th grade class, what do I get? oh, only a 6th grade class. how marvelous...
Sooooooo on Saturday I went to the Neil Gaiman signing at Dreamhaven Books:
the wrinkly shirt almost makes me look like I gots a pudge. please don't make fun of my hair (if you can see it) I'm getting it cut this weekend.
twas fun. Had Anansi Boys signed and I bought a poster that has a 5,000 word short story printed on it in the style of an old Victorian newspaper, weirdass medical advertisements and all. Apparently Crispin Glover is playing Grendel in Gaiman's Beowulf movie, which is being shot much in the same way as Polar Express. hrmmm. let's hope it doesn't suck, eh?

Now I make a doctor's appointment cuz my chest is weirdin me out. If by the next time I post an entry the whites of my eyes and tongue have turned black and the inner lining of my intestines are hanging out of my anus like a windsock, you'll then know that the voodoo lady I pissed off last week finally wreaked her vengeance on me.

have you tried doin the whole winter sport thing? i understand it isnt for everyone, i got started early in life on them though..so i guess its for me. perhaps you should learn to dogsled! thats winter related and you get dogs!! what more do you need? sounds like a good idea to me, you should get started on that plan of mine...

i got whitelight two concert tickets for a show that im pretty sure she likes...deerhoof. ever hear of them? i never heard their music, but ive heard of them. anywho, i think she'll like the tickets...at least i hope she will.
i was 100% serious about the dogsled idea...no i wasnt....i just thought itd be funny.
i was supposed to make ginger bread cookies, but i never got around to it. im not really much for baking or cooking...which is sad...sigh, someday ill figure out the mystery of the kitchen
we gave our kitty a trip to the vet. she loved it....not. at least now she is vaccinated and such. shes currently in mississippi w/ fresnel for the holidays. even cats need a vacation away from home.
