Things have taken an absolutely amazing turn these past few days.
It started me getting the best job ever. Still dog grooming, BUT!!! It's in this small little boutique, where I will be the only groomer (Meaning all commission is mine! MINE!!!), and all creative direction is completely up to me. I will pretty much be my own boss. It's in the Ravenswood area in Chicago. (N. Damen, right off the brown line). The owner is the sweetest thing ever, and together we seem to have a good creative flow. Did I mention the sweet money? yeah, I like that part.
That day ended even better than I could have expected. In short, Rob (subUrbia) and I are exclusively dating now...which words can't describe how happy that makes me.
I definitely moved back at the perfect time. While I am still convinced I am a raving lunatic sometimes, I am a happy raving lunatic. I can deal with that.
