Have you ever been blamed for EVERYTHING that goes wrong? An occasional blame is fine, for soMthing you really have not done right. But several blames a day, even for things you are positive you are doing right is awful.
In short. I hate my job. We'll one of them. I have two currently.
I seriously get blamed for everything that is not right in the store.
One trash bag in the trash can instead of two, i get blamed if the bag breaks. Even when i havent worked that day might i add.
A display in the wrong place. I get blamed.
Register over. I get blamed.
Register short. I get blamed.
Somone cant find their glasses. I get blamed.
A customer has a return, and before they even check the receipt to see who sold it to them, it is said that i must have sold them the shoe.
Are we getting the picture here?
I use to make $13.00 an hour at my last job, at this job i am makeing $8.50 an hour. I took this job bc i was desperate for money after quitting my last one.
Im fing doing them a favor for even working for less then im worth and what do i get in return?
