day one of the diet, going well, the exercise not so much. i didnt realise both how much weight i have gained in the past year and how unfit i am.
today was very irritating.. work was so busy and frustrating.. on top of that, i have a colleague who takes it up the nose so much, then comes to work feeling crap and takes it out in all of us.. and another fuckigng arrogant prick, who actually got his girlfriend a job there too! hes such a little loser i fucking hate him.
