So this weekend I found out that going to an SG party where you hardly know anyone is much better then going to a wedding where you hardly know anyone. Earth shattering news Im sure.

So some things that happened at the wedding:

The minister caught my eye. He seemed so familiar...where do I know him from? Oh, he married me! Given the current state of my marriage I decided not to re-introduce myself.

The only person I had a conversation with that lasted more than two minutes was an attractive gay woman. Her partner interrupted us and shuttled her off so I was alone the rest of the evening.

My girls were flower girls wearing long white dresses fairy wings- and barefoot. They looked best climbing trees afterward with the boys.

For dinner they had fruit, cheese, and crackers. Im presently not eating cheese so I had several pieces of fruit and three crackers. Im still hungry.

I'm going to keep the things that happened at the SG party to myself - except to say it was GREAT to meet some new people.

Well Happy 4th of July to everyone cause it the fourth all around the world. I'm going out to lie around naked in the sun before the fireworks start.

I much prefer SG events to weddings.

Fruit, cheese and crackers for dinner?

At a wedding?

Who the hell are these people?

Talk about working things through on a budget.
