Another Friday night alone. What's new? I'm not listening to the new Morrisey for once. I have Matthew Sweet's "Girlfriend" on infinite repeate. It's kindof the theme song for my life right now, except I didn't get the girl, I'm still stuck on the "I'd sure like to call you my girlfriend". I saw the video for the first time on VH1 classics like a week ago. I heard the song plenty of times back in the day, but forgot about it. The video rocks, it's all anime, except for Sweet's face fading in and out occassionally. I wonder if that's where Daft Punk got the idea for the "One More Time" videos.

I haven't been sleeping worth shit lately. In the last couple weeks I've started lifting weights again, that seems to help. I think it's all the pent up sexual energy. The feeling after lifting weights is the closest thing I've found to that feeling after you've had really great sex, when it seems your body weighs a ton and you don't wanna move, you just kinda wanta lay there. Of course I'd rather opt for the real thing, but that doesn't seem to be in the cards right now. After a couple weeks I'm already feeling some results, so I posted some new pics with my craptastic web cam. Hopefully I can keep this up during the summer, so I won't be the scrappy 6'5" I am now.
