how about short stories(five to ten hundred range) that are made up of one or two paragraph postcard entires. just postcards from one person to another, so you only get half the dialogue and it'd be a challenge to write in a strange airy, easy-going style. you'd have to tell a definate story, but only through communication, and even then, only one sided. no narrative. that, i think, would be interesting.
