Ahh, another beautiful day in the valley. This morning TJ and I went for a ride in the mountains. Way fun. Then I just kinda sat arround all day. w00h00 days off.
I got a little bored and started cooking dinner for me, by the end of my gravy excursion I had almost two quarts...oops. And I think there is an old norse proverb which says, when like gives you gravy, make biscuits. Okay maybe not but I did anyway. I love biscuits and mushroom gravy. I'll probably end the night with a beer, a night walk and then a cup of tea. who knows anything could happen.
